How many electrons does one neutrally charged atom of argon have?
padilas [110]

Answer:

A. 18

Explanation:

A neutral charged atom is an atom with 0 charge.

Anyway, first look at the periodic table and find Argon.

After you find Argon, look at its Atomic number.

Its Atomic number is 18.

And a neutral atom of Argon has 0 charge.

So we need 18 electrons for Argon to cancel out and become neutral.

Basic math:

18 +( -18) = 0

Therefore, the correct answer is A. 18

Hope it helped!

rosijanka [135]

Answer:

very confused but, hope this helps in a way-:

What can be the Results and conclusion to this experiment?

1) Observation: Plants grow well in the ant habitats.

2) Question: Does ants help in plant's growth?

3) Hypothesis: There is a mutualistic relationship between plants and ants.

4) Experiment: This hypothesis can be experimented using ecological study design. The growth of two plants, one growing in the presence of ants and the other in the absence of ants are compared. All other variables like temperature, moisture, soil and nutrients are maintained constant. The growth in plants are measured after two months. It will be observed that the growth of plants in the presence of ants is more than the other plant. Ants help in aerating the soil and protects the plant from herbivores, and fungal attack.
