Eat a lot of greens. When you want a snack don't go for the soda and chips. Go for something more healthy. Maybe a salad with cottage cheese or yogurt. Eat whole wheat bread instead of white. Go walking for at least 30 min a day. Don't eat anytime 3 hours before you go to bed unless it's a little fruit or oats. When I stopped drinking juice and soda and only drank water and did everything I'm telling you I lost 60 pounds in 4 months.
