Very big factors depend on what type of lifestyle you live, what type of work field your in, what type of environment you live in. Everything plays part in how healthy you are. For example. If you smoke, and you've been smoking for lets just say... what.. 20 years or so? Your probably not that healthy as you want to be or as healthy as your doctor wants you to be.
