Answer:

Observation, hypothesis formulation, experimentation, interpretation of results, and conclusion.

Explanation:

So, basically the main steps of the scientific method are observation, hypothesis formulation, experimentation, interpretation of results, and finally a conclusion.

In addition, there are some essential concepts for understanding the scientific method.

First, Observation in science must be made precisely and very carefully, with smallest details.

Then we have the hypothesis, which is a possible explanation for a given phenomenon and should be tested by a large number of experiments. If the hypothesis is confirmed, it may origns laws and theories. A law can only be formulated after a certain number of similar observations since it has the characteristic of describing events that invariably and uniformly manifest themselves.

Finally, the theory is probably the step of the scientific method that happens most misunderstandings. It is a hypothesis tested by various experiments, from different people, and with high reproducibility, that can generate a theory or model. So, unlike common sense, to become a theory there must be very robust evidence and little contradiction on that subject.

There is no sound in the vacuum of space. Why?
aleksandr82 [10.1K]
In the vacuum of space there is no molecules. Sound waves get to your ears by bouncing off of molecules in the air. No molecules in space's vacuum means sound waves have nothing to bounce of off so they can not reach our ears meaning we hear no sound.

About artificial selection, determine if YOU think the benefits of artificial selection outweigh the disadvantages.
Sloan [31]

Answer:

What YOU think

Explanation:

That's what it asks, but here are some points to help you along your way: Artificial selection has brought about the extinction or overpopulation of certain species. This can be seen in the avocado or banana industry. Consumers like the smaller, sweeter species of avocadoes. This caused that species to explode and the old ones to become endangered as farmers grew only that type and bred them selectively. Consumers like the smaller, less mushy, less sweet banana species, so now an amazing species of banana is extinct because the forests that used to have them now no longer exist or were changed to grow only that type of banana. Flip it to the animal side, and it's the same story. Those turkeys that the president "Saves" every year? because of artificial selection, that turkey dies a few weeks later because he grew too plump. Why? Because those turkeys are artificially selected to grow much larger than a normal turkey, and their lifespan is not in mind as they are grown for meat. Also, I hope all of this work gives me brainliest :/
