Elizabeth Cady Stanton is most noted for helping draft the Seneca Falls Declaration of Sentiments.

Further Explanation:

Elizabeth Cady Stanton was an extremely important part of the women's rights movement of the mid-late 19th century. The goal of this movement was to help women to gain equality from a social, legal, and political standpoint. In order to unify this movement, Stanton (along with others) created the Declaration of Sentiments.

The goal of this document was to list the grievances (aka complaints) that women had regarding their treatment within American society. This document took the structure and wording of the Declaration of Independence and modified it to discuss the struggles that women face in American society. This would be one of the most important documents of the women's rights movement.

Ultimately, it would almost take another 60 years before the 19th amendment was created. This amendment gave women the right to vote.
