What takes place during questioning?

In the context of law enforcement, an interrogation occurs when a representative of the organization questions suspects, victims, or witnesses in order to learn more about a crime. The resolution of the crime is the ultimate purpose of an interrogation. A suspect may be questioned for a short while or for several hours.

What happens during an interrogation?

Confrontation, theme development, handling denials, overcoming objections, gaining and holding the suspect's attention, handling the suspect's passive mood, presenting a different question, asking the suspect to describe the crime, and turning an oral into a written confession are some of these steps.

Is unequal access to basic services reason enough to commit crime in South Africa
dsp73
Unequal access to basic services occur globally and nationally, it is not just limited to South Africa. Right here in the U.S it is a well known fact that minorities, poor, uneducated, unemployed have little to no access to basic services in their communities or cities. Therefore crime, disease, and death run more rampant among these communities, with many people developing dangerous mindsets to survive. Kill to live or you will die. Steal, take, and risk it all so you can have the necessities. It is very sad. Crime is never right but the serious issue is that these people have become desensitized because of the conditions they have been born into. The lack of services or awareness of the misfortune of these people needs to be addressed.

The Supreme Court in Georgia consists of judges, who are led by a chief justice.
Gwar [14]

Answer: The Supreme Court in Georgia consists of 9 judges, who are led by a chief justice.

The correct answer is 9.

Explanation:

The Supreme Court in Georgia is the highest court in that state. The constitution of Georgia granted a Supreme Court in 1835, but the court did not officially begin until 1845.

In 2016, there was an amendment for two more judges to be added which brought the total of justices to 9.

This court presides over numerous cases every year and is the final hearing that a defendant can receive. This court has jurisdiction in election tampering and fraud, death sentences, habeas corpus cases, and all cases of the Georgia Constitution, among other cases.
