Answer : The correct answer is -

Insertion mutation.

An insertion mutation can be described as a permanent change in the genetic material (DNA sequence) due to the addition of one or more nucleotides. It can result in alteration of protein (due to the change in the reading frame of DNA) , which may cause diseased condition.

In the given question, there is addition/insertion of T (thymine) at the second place in the original DNA sequence-

Original DNA sequence -

ACGTTCATT

Mutated DNA sequence - ATCGTTCATT

Thus, it is an insertion mutation.

b) Cotton is a natural product. And unlike synthetic fibres, it is more absorbent. The towel hence has high absorbency.

c) Nylon and polyester are two fabrics most commonly used in raincoats and umbrellas. They are not absorbent the way natural fibers are. They naturally resist waterlogging, and can be made waterproof.

How would a food web be affected if a species disappeared from an ecosystem
german
Well, if one of the major species, that a certain animal eat disappeared, then it would effect the animal that ate it. Then, if that animal doesnt get fed, or eat the right things, it will die, and so will the animal that eats it. Its like the domino effect, if one goes down, so does everything else.
