Body composition, or the percentage of fat in comparison to the percentage of muscle, bone and water in your body, is hard to measure with a scale and measuring tape. Using existing measurements about bone weight based on size that you could find through research, if you measured the length of your arms or legs or your chest size, that could potentially tell you the size of your tibia, fibula, humurus, radius and so on. The scale would be able to tell you how much you weigh overall.

Answer;

One could use body mass index, waist circumference, and waist-to-hip ratio.

Explanation;

-Body mass index is a measurement of a person's weight with respect to his or her height. It is a good indicator of ones body fat.

-Waist circumference (WC) is an indicator of health risk associated with excess fat around the waist.

-Waist-to-hip ratio is the dimensionless ratio of the circumference of the waist to that of the hips.

melomori [17]
A, B, and possibly D. It can be A because her goal is possibly achievable and it's B because it's a very specific goal. It's hard to measure how good someone is at cooking and when they're ready to charge money. It isn't really realistic because she doesn't know how to cook already. Her goal is not time specific.
