Agility-Conditioning-As a way to warm us up everyday, our band director has us run through cones to become more agile. As the season goes on, we get faster at it.

Coordination- Dancing-The dance team at our school marches with us and a group of us always joins them in their warm up by dancing with them.
Power -Running -Pushing off the spot westarted on has improved the power in my legs andthe force I start off with.

-Racing my friends has improved my reaction time when someone else yells go.
True. However sometimes you could just be over using your body and causing stress to your muscles and bones therefore causing injuries a different way.
