So what you need to do is you have to get a common denominator for both of the fractions.     11        3
                        -----  +  ---  = .
                         14       10

so you have to make your denominator to 70.      so your fractions will now look like this   55.       21.       76 
              -----  +. -----  =.  ---- . So your answer in simplest form would be 38/35.
               70.       70        70.
