formula:

maximum height=(v-sin\alpha )^2/(2g)

putting values

7m=(v*sin(45))^2/(2*9.8m/s^2)

7m= v^2 *1 /19.6 m/s^2

v^2=137.2m^2/s^2

range= (v^2sin(2\alpha ))/g

range =137.2 m^2/s^2 *1/9.8m/s^2

simplifying we get the answer
