Answer:

Your plant is dropping because is surrounded by a hypertonic solution of Red Bull. (Hypertonic solutions are solutions that surround a living cell, and have higher—in this case 10%—concentration of solute than the concentration of solute in the living cell, which is only 0.85%.) In order for there to be a balance of concentration of solute within and outside the cell, water would have to leave the cell to go outside and reduce the concentration of solute outside the cell. This causes the plant to droop as a result of gradual removal of water from the cell.

Descibe THREE ways of how the farming revolution helped civilizations develop.
finlep [7]

Taking root around 12,000 years ago, agriculture triggered such a change in society and the way in which people lived that its development has been dubbed the “Neolithic Revolution.” Traditional hunter-gatherer lifestyles, followed by humans since their evolution, were swept aside in favor of permanent settlements and a reliable food supply. Out of agriculture, cities and civilizations grew, and because crops and animals could now be farmed to meet demand, the global population rocketed—from some five million people 10,000 years ago, to more than seven billion today.

In the communications process, the ______ is the person who reads, hears, or sees and processes the information contained in a m
alina1380 [7]

Answer:

Receiver.

Explanation:

The communication process is a two-way process where a message is transmitted from one subject to another one or to a group of people.

It consists of several components:

- The sender is the one who sends the message and that needs to encode the message from her thoughts or ideas to be transformed into something that can be sent and received, for example, words.

- A channel of communication, it has to be selected and it’s how the message is sent. Some of the channel of communications are speaking, writing, videos, audios and even body language.

- The receiver, is the person who the message is meant to be transmitted to, the receiver needs to decode the message, which means he/she needs to process the message and understand it. This is why the message needs to be clear and in a way that both parts (the sender and receiver understand), the message can fail if for example, the two parts speak different languages.

- There is a last component that may or may not happen, that happens when the receiver becomes the sender and gives a feedback, and the roles of both change, the receiver becomes the sender and the sender becomes the receiver.
