75.89 + 0.12x = 27.41 + 0.36x

75.89 - 27.41 = 0.24x

48.48 = 0.24x

x = 48.48 / 0.24

x = 202

Each sent 202 text messages

Adelle solved the equation 4x/7-6=-20 as shown. Fill in the correct justification for each step
yarga [219]

Adelle steps:

\frac{4x}{7} - 6 = -20

\frac{4x}{7}  = -14

4x = -98

x = -24.5

Answer:

See Explanation Below

Step-by-step explanation:

Given

\frac{4x}{7} - 6 = 20

Required

Justify each step

Step 1:

\frac{4x}{7} - 6 = -20

This is the question in its original form

Step 2:

\frac{4x}{7}  = -14

Here she performed addition property of an equation by adding 6 to both sides of step 1.

This is shown below

\frac{4x}{7} - 6 +6 = -20 + 6

\frac{4x}{7} = -14

Step 3:

4x = -98

Here she performed multiplication property of an equation by multiplying  both sides of step 2 by 7

This is shown below

7 * \frac{4x}{7} = -14 * 7

4x = -98

Step 4:

x = -24.5

Here she also performed multiplication property of an equation by multiplying  both sides of step 3 by ¼

This is shown below

\frac{1}{4} * 4x = -98 * \frac{1}{4}

x = -24.5

Name the ordered pair that corresponds to an angle of a pi radians
olga2289 [7]

Answer:

3π (540°) and 5π(900°)

Step-by-step explanation:

π radian = 180° degree

in the trigonimitrical cercle each point is taken by many values

so π position is also -π position

to move from π to -π you should move 360° (wich is 2π) backwards

π-2π = π

so  -π = π +2π

you can get as much as you can of values similar to π using the formula :

π + 2*k*π where k is a relative number

  • k=1

π+ 2*1*π = 3π

  • k=2

π+2*2*π = 5π

3π is 540°

5π is 900°
