Answer:

(3) 5.10x10^{-19} J

Explanation:

If you already know the frequency, the energy of photon can be calculated by using the formula :

E=hf

where,

E= energy of photon

f= frequency of the photon in Hz=  7.69 × 10^14 hertz

h=Planck's constant = 6.63 × 10-34 J s

therefore, E= (6.63 × 10^-34 )*(7.69 × 10^14 )

E= 5.09x10^-19 J ≈ 5.10× 10^−19 J

∴The energy of a  photon of this light is 5.10× 10^−19 J

Answer:

5.24*10^{-19}J

Explanation:

The energy of a photon of light can be calculated from the following equation;

E=hf.....................(1)

where his Planck's constant and is given by,

h=6.63*10^{-34}Js

f is the frequency of the light and is given by 7.69*19^{14}Hz

So therefore,

E=6.63*10^{-34}*7.69*10^{14}\\E=5,24*10^{-19}J

A motorist drives south at 24.0 m/s for 3.00 min, then turns west and travels at 25.0 m/s for 2.20 min, and finally travels nort
grigory [225]

Answer:

magnitude m = 5440.26 M

average speed is = 25.05 m/s

average velocity = 14.62 m/s

Explanation:

given data

speed v1 = 24 m/s

time t1 = 3 min = 180 s

speed v2 = 25 m/s

time t2 = 2.2 min = 132 s

speed v3 = 30 m/s

time t3 = 1 min = 60 s

total time = 6.2 min = 372 s

to find out

displacement in m and average speed and average velocity

solution

so we find here displacement

displacement = vt    .............1

so

displacement 1 = 24 × 180 =  4220 m south = -4220 j   ..........2

displacement 2 = 25 × 132 = 3300 m west = -3300 i     ...........3

distance 3 = 30 × 60 =  1800 m

displacement   = 1800 cos45 -i + 1800 cos45 j

displacement   = -1272.79 i + 1272.79 j                             .............4

so total displacement D =  equation 2 + equation 3 + equation 4

total displacement D =  -4220 j -3300 i -1272.79 i + 1272.79 j

total displacement D =  -2947.21 j - 4572.79 i

so magnitude m = √(-2947.21)² + (-4572.79)² )

so magnitude m = 5440.26 M

and

average speed is = total distance / time

average speed is = (4220 + 3300+ 1800 ) / 372

average speed is = 25.05 m/s

and

average velocity = total displacement / time

average velocity = 5440.26 / 372

average velocity = 14.62 m/s

Energy is released during the fission of pu-239 atoms as a result of the
pav-90 [236]

Answer: process of converting matter into energy

Nuclear fission consists of dividing a heavy nucleus into two or more lighter or smaller nuclei, by means of the bombardment with neutrons to make it unstable. In this process that takes place in the atomic nucleus, neutrons, gamma rays and large amounts of energy are emitted.

Then, with this division a great release of energy occurs and the emission of two or three neutrons, other particles and gamma rays.

This means fission is a process in which energy is released by the separation of the components of the nucleous of the atom.

In other words:

Matter is converted to energy .

Can classical physics be used to accurately describe a satellite moving at a speed of 7500 m/s? explain why or why not.
gogolik [260]

The classical physics works on the Newton's laws of motion. It is applicable on heavenly bodies which are governed by the gravitational force. On the other hand, Quantum Physics is applicable for very low mass and sized bodies like electron, protons etc. The classical physics would accurately describe the motion of satellite moving with speed 7500 m/s using the following formula:

r=\frac {GM}{v^{2}}

where G is the gravitational constant, M is the mass of the planet and v is the orbital speed. Then radius of the orbit can be described by this formula.
