What is 8/10 and 4/9 close to 0, 1, 1/2

 to 8/10 are close to 1 and 4/9 is close to 0

8/10 and 4/9 are closest to 1/2, if you're talking about both. 
However, if I'm trying to find the closest for each by themselves, then
8/10 is closest  to 1, and 4/9 is closest to 1/2.
