It might be stated that his reliability might be compromised because he writes the story many years later and his memories may be skewed. he is the narrator and the protagonist of the story and it is written in first person so he retells what he remembers from his life experience since he was a child.

How does ATP enable transport proteins to move ions across a cell membrane?
Alekssandra [29.7K]

The ATP enables the movement of transport proteins to move the ions across a cell membrane by its getting fueled by its hydrolysis

Explanation:

The plasma membrane is a semi permeable membrane that is the movement of molecules across the membrane is constricted. There are 2 types of moment across the plasma membrane one is the active transport and the other is the passive transport. The active transport involves the help of ATP whereas the passive transport does not involve ATP to transport the materials.

What are the differences in their hard parts, distribution, reproduction among phytoplankton of cyanobacteria, diatom, coccolith
Margarita [4]

Answer:

Explanation:

DIFFERENCES BETWEEN HARD BODY PARTS.

•Cyanobacteria have calcified sheaths.

• Diatoms have hard but porous cell wall.

• Coccolithophores have hard body parts.

• Silicoflagellates skeleton is composed of opaline silica.

• Dinoflagellates do not have hard body parts

• Green algae - no hard body parts.

• Brown algae - no hard body parts.

DIFFERENCES BETWEEN DISTRIBUTION

• Cyanobacteria are found almost in every terrestrial habitat on planet.

• Diatoms are found in oceans, freshwater, soil and damp.

• Coccolithophores are exclusively marine.

• Silicoflagellates are found in marine environment.

• Dinoflagellates are both freshwater and marine.

• Green algae grow on objects that do not move such as substrate, rock.

• Brown algae - wide distribution from tropical to polar zones.

DIFFERENCES BETWEEN REPRODUCTION.

• Cyanobacteria - asexually by binary or multiple fission, fragmentation, spore formation.

• Diatom - asexually by cell division through mitosis.

• Coccolithophores - asexually by binary fission.

• Silicoflagellates - asexually

• Dinoflagellates - asexually

• Green algae - sexually or asexually by cell division, fragmentation, spore formation.

• Brown algae - sexually and asexually.

Zebra eat long grass. Wildebeest eat short grass. The two species move together in huge herds across the wide, open plains of Ta
rusak2 [61]

Answer:

The reason why zebra and wildebeest graze in harmony together is because they each eat different parts of the same type of grass. Because wildebeest have no natural leader, the migrating herd often splits up into smaller herds that circle the main, mega-herd, going in different directions.
