The head track coach for PCTVS has a big track meet coming up. He knows that his biggest rival is Clifton and the entire track m

eet will come down to one event, the 100 meter relay race. The relay race is comprised of 4 runners from each team who run 100 meters each. The track coach has been working on his projections for the race and knows it will come down to the last leg of the race. He is having difficulty with his algebra skills, so he has asked the Honors classes at PCTI to help him make a projection for the race. He knows that on the last leg of the race, his runner will be leading the race. PCTVS's runner runs at a speed of 10.1 meters per second. Clifton's runner runs at a rate of 10.9 meters per second and will start the last leg of the race 0.8 seconds behind the runner from PCTVS. Will PCTVS win the relay race?
