interactionist

In the context of symbolic interactionism,
it the study of human conduct and human life. How one’s social life is formed
and is being described by one’s perspective of self and others –community,
society and etc. In this approach, these 3 views were asserted by Herbert
Blumer (1969) as follows:</span>

act on a specific object based on how they see or construe it according to
their outlook and attribution on the object.</span>

</span>These
certain outlooks and attribution that has been formed by an individual is
shaped and reinforced by the people this individual is exposed to.</span>

</span>These
outlooks and attribution are continuously changed and altered based on one’s
social environment. </span>
Mostly because the Roman empire was a hugely vast empire in time where the internet or any other form of fast communication possibilities didn't exist yet. For this reason, it would be highly unpractical for Rome to rely on having direct democracy and each person giving his vote on every aspect of life.
The answer to this question is Institutional Discrimination. This refers to the unjust, mistreatment, and discriminatory of an individual or a minority group by society and its institution through inequality, negative treatment and discriminating. Institutional Discrimination is also called systemic discrimination.
