If the last number is 1 -> 21 <50
if the last number is 3 -> 63 > 50 OK
if the last number is 5 -> 105 which is not a two digits number

if the first number is 4 -> 42<50
if the first number is 6 -> we get 63 again
if the first number is 8 -> we get 83 which is not odd

\implies \frac{x^{2}-x-6 }{x^{2} } = \frac{5x +18}{2x}

Again multiply both the sides by x

2x^{2} -2x-12 = 5x^{2} +18x

\implies 5x^{2} -2x^{2} +18x +2x +12 = 0

Factorize the above equation

⇒3x(x+6)+2(x+6) = 0

⇒(3x + 2)(x+6) = 0

⇒ x = -2/3 or x = -6

Convert percentages to units.
100% - 20% = 80% = 0.8
100% - 25% = 75% = 0.75

Then multiply those together:
0.8*0.75=0.6=60%

100% - 60% = 40%. That's the overall price percentage reduction.


P.S. You can convert percentages to units by diving % by 100 for example 100% divided by 100 is equal to 1.
And vice versa aka multiply units by 100 and you get %, for example 0.8 times 100 is 80%
