Considering that the area of a rectangle is the width * lenght:

Area = width*lenght

Lenght = area/width

Lenght = (x3 + 11x2 + 3x − 135) / (x-3)

L = (x-3)*(x+5)*(x+9) / (x-3)

L = (x+5)*(x+9)

L = x2 + 9x + 5x + 45

L = x2 + 14x + 45
