Classical conditioning involves behavior elicited by a stimulus because the classical conditioning occurs when the person produced an unconditioned response after being expose or associated with an unconditioned stimulus, by this, this is described as a behavior being produced because of a stimulus.

 

While operant conditioning involves behavior emitted by an organism because this process involves of a behavior being modified because of a punishment or either a reward in which the behavior is being emitted due to the reward or punishment.
