What is the difference between plausibility and probability?

English

<em>Answer :-</em>

Plausiblity :-Plausible is referred to an explanation, an argument, or a statement, while possible is referred to a fact, or an event. For example, my explanation on how in future time traveling will be possible could be plausible, but that doesn't mean traveling through time will be possible.

probability :-The chance that something will happen. How likely it is that some event will occur. Sometimes we can measure a probability with a number like "10% chance", or we can use words such as impossible, unlikely, possible, even chance, likely and certain.

What is the difference between before and now
Mekhanik [1.2K]

Answer:

See explanation!

Explanation:

When using the term before, you are referring to something that has most likely happened in the past, specifically prior to another event. For example, your 15th birthday would happen before your 16th birthday because your 15th birthday would come first. Another example would be when you think about how you get ready for your day. You would most likely get dressed before you leave your house in the morning.

When using the term now, you are referring to what is happening at this exact moment in time. For example, if I was driving at the moment then I would say, "I'm driving right now." If you were in math class and someone called you and asked what you were doing, you'd say, "I'm in math class now." Hope this helps!

Which sentence contains parallel structure?
bearhunter [10]

Answer:

O Jonah has two ultimate goals: becoming a published columnist and writing a book.

Explanation:

Parallel structure in any given sentence is the use of the same grammatical structure or construction in the sentence. This repetition of the grammatical form in a single sentence allows for better readability and understanding, also making it easier to be framed.

In the given sentence, parallelism occurs in the use of the "<u>verb+ing</u>" in the words <em>"becoming"</em> and <em>"writing"</em>. It presents a smooth flow of words and the sentence construction makes for perfect rhythm. Thus, the correct answer is the first option.
