FIIT is one of the foundations of exercise that stands for Frequency, Intensity, Time and Type. In this principle Fitness refers to how regular you exercise, Intensity refers to the level of the exercise you are doing, is it too hard or too easy, Time refers to the duration of your exercise and Type refers to the kinds of exercises you are doing. The FIIT applies to the development of a successful personal fitness program because it helps individuals choose the types of activities that will be enjoyable to them.</span>

Communication and nutrition are not priorities compared with preventing a brain infection. The client has a definite risk for a skin breakdown, but it is not the immediate danger a brain infection would be.
Strength vs. Muscular strength is determined by how much force you can exert or how much weight you can lift. Building muscular strength uses heavier weights for fewer repetitions. Muscular endurance refers to the ability of a muscle to sustain repeated contractions against resistance for an extended period of time.
