You could use 7 and 6 because when you multiply theses you get 42 as your answer or product.

If the perimeters are equal, you can form an equation to find x:
x + x + 12 + x + x + 12 = x + 11 + x + 11 + x + 16
4x + 24 = 3x + 38
- 3x
x + 24 = 38
- 24
x = 14
Now you can substitute the x value into the perimeter:
(4 × 14) + 24
56 + 24 = 80 cm

(3 × 14) + 38
42 + 38 = 80 cm

So the perimeter would be 80 cm.
I hope this helps!

-12+x-34=60
If you like this question please rate this five stars!
Thank you!
natulia [17]

Answer:

x=106

Step-by-step explanation:

Let's solve your equation step-by-step.

−12+x−34=60

Step 1: Simplify both sides of the equation.

−12+x−34=60

−12+x+−34=60

(x)+(−12+−34)=60(Combine Like Terms)

x+−46=60

x−46=60

Step 2: Add 46 to both sides.

x−46+46=60+46

x=106
