Physical wellness goal: get into a healthy routine of working out. Start going to the gym and taking walks as well as eating healthier. 
Emotional wellness goal: practice self care. Express when something is bothering me. Keep a diary. 
Social: Make healthier relationships. Make sure my friends are good influences and i have good social manners.
Academic wellness goal: do my homework and practice good study habits. To try my best to get good grades.
