Answer: reduces the risk of heart disease and kidney disease

Explanation:

The vegetarian food is free from extra fat and cholesterol. The cholesterol is found in animals based food, particularly concentrated in the eggs and organ meat. Even the high fat containing plant based food contains no cholesterol.

The fat and cholesterol are the two biomolecules which are likely to get accumulated in the blood vessels which can hamper the functioning of the blood vessels. The blood vessels carries the blood to the heart to get it purified and also takes the wastes from all over the body along with the blood to get them excreted out. As, the vegetarian diet is fat and cholesterol free, the blood vessels which not accumulate fat. Thus the blood vessels will facilitate the proper functioning of heart and kidneys and will prevent related diseases.
