6 is two breaths because for every thirty pumps you do in CPR you do two breaths. 11 is CPR as CPR is done to pump oxygen into thr brain so that when the AED comes, there is not brain damage, as the brain would be damaged if it does not have enough oxygen.

blsea [12.9K]

Answer:

Examples are coursework after a lecture or group-based homework after a training course. Group work helps learners think about the lessons and relate them to their current knowledge. The coursework can define a number of problems that the group has to collectively solve.

Which of the following can help a person improve his or her health literacy
Blababa [14]

Answer and Explanation

There are various ways which could help a person improve his or her health literacy. They are;

• In accessing a patient’s ability of understanding written materials such as prescriptions, an should ask open-ended questions.

• In determining if a patient understands instructions, one should use the Teach Back communication technique.

• When showing a patient how to use a device and how to perform some tasks, employ the ‘show back’ technique where you show them what to do.

• Use the ‘upside down’ technique when handing instruction documents to patients to observe whether they will notice and put it right side up.

• Employ simple language when talking to patients .i.e. “swallow” instead of “take”

• Employ a slow language tone when giving instructions to patients

• Replace long instructions with graphics and pictures

• When providing information, respect the grade level of the patient.

Answer:

Receptors

Explanation:

So this is a poorly put question, and very vague, but within the context, it sounds to be either Receptors or Hormones. Receptors are cells, so I would go with that.

But this makes no sense.

describe what heat stroke does to the body and a situation where it's more likely to affect someone performing a physical activi
Pepsi [2]

Answer:

The complications vary depending on how long the body temperature has been elevated

Explanation:

At extremely high temperatures, the body proteins and cell membranes, especially in the brain, begin to malfunction or be destroyed due to the lack of maintainging homeostasis.

At worst, heat stroke can cause Vital organ damage, or cause them to swell (especially the brain) causing permanent damage. Heat stroke can also cause the breakdown of the cardiac muscle cells and blood vessels.

So, in short, the longer the time spent in the sun or in a hot enviornment with no breaks, the worse the concequences from heat stroke are going to be.
