The scientist must be unbaised when they are reporting the objective results. This is so because the scientist cannot be biased when performing the experiments, they cannot include personal opinion in the experiments.
The scientist need to perform the experiment in such a way that it is neutral and not biased. The hypothesis that is taken should be proved or reject based on the experiment that is performed.
