I'm not 100% sure, but I think that the digestive system excretes solid wastes only and the excretory system excretes liquid wastes only. So the 3rd option is probably correct.

Answer;

The digestive system excretes a solid waste and the excretory system excretes a liquid waste.

Explanation;

 • Digestive system is the system in the body that breaks down food substances to enhance their absorption, but also excretes solid indigestible substances through the process of defecation.
 • Excretory system on the other hand is a system in the body that removes homeostatic wastes from from the body, a process called excretion. Excretory encompasses organs such as liver, sweat glands, lungs and liver which all play key roles in excretion of homeostatic wastes in form of fluids.
 • Excretory system collects and then filters excess water in the body and then excretes it as a liquid waste either from the liver, kidneys, or sweat glands on the skin through sweating.

What is probability, and how is it used with Punnett squares to predict the outcomes of genetic crosses?
weeeeeb [17]

Answer:

Probability is the chance that a given event will occur. The principle of probability allows us to predict the possible combinations of phenotypes in a genetic cross by using a diagram called Punnett squares. This diagram represents alleles and gives us the genetic variations formed during a cross. For example, a flower has one dominant allele for a blue color, which is represented by capital T, and one recessive allele for a pink color, which is represented by small t. When this flower is crossed with another flowering plant with the same type of alleles, which is Tt, the combinations produced for their offspring includes TT, Tt, tT, and tt.
