False: a warm up is to get you ready for the intensity of the actual workout and the cool down is to help decrease your heart rate and get you back to breathing all right.. if your warm up/ cool down is the same intensity of your actual workout. You’re not doing it right. You always want to gradually go into the workout and gradually come out of it.. always remember “low to high and high to low”
