Answer:

The answer is the actor-observer effect.

Explanation:

This bias takes place when a person attributes their own outcomes to situational causes, and others' to internal causes. This is mot common with negative outcomes.

The actor-observer effect is thought to occur because we are directly observing the behaviour of others, while we can't do the same with ourselves (we can only observe our environment). For this reason, we focus more on other people's personal traits.

A man has mislaid his wallet. He thinks there is a 0.4 chance that the wallet is somewhere in his bedroom, a 0.1 chance it is in
Salsk061 [2.6K]

Answer:

P(Somewhere) = 0.15

P(Elsewhere) = 0.3

Explanation:

Given

P(Bedroom) = 0.4

P(kitchen) = 0.1

P(bathroom) = 0.2

P(livingroom) = 0.15

Solving (a): Somewhere else

This is calculated as follows;

Because it is not in any of the given places; the probability is calculated as:

P(Somewhere) = 1 - (P(bedroom) + P(kitchen) + P(bathroom) + P(living\ room))

This gives:

P(Somewhere) = 1 - (0.4 + 0.1 + 0.2 + 0.15)

P(Somewhere) = 1 - 0.85

P(Somewhere) = 0.15

Solving (b): Bedroom or kitchen

This is calculated by adding individual probabilities

P(Elsewhere) = P(Bedroom) + P(kitchen)

P(Elsewhere) = 0.2 + 0.1

P(Elsewhere) = 0.3

I need help on understanding can some one help me amendment one
Taya2010 [7]
The first amendment grants people’s freedom, expression, rights, religion, and assembly. It basically grants us our rights and freedom. A good artwork you can draw or add would be like a protest (freedom of speech). You can look up what the constitution states for the first amendment and print that out or type it word for word. (Hope this helps!!)
