Answer:

c. Assigning your leasehold interest

Explanation:

When a tenant wishes to turn over all rights and responsibilities to a new tenant even though his lease term is yet to expire, he should assign his leasehold interest to the new tenant. Now the new tenant will take over the rights and responsibilities from the old tenant as the assigned lease holder.

zepelin [54]

Answer:

How would each type of the three ethical theories used to discuss sexual morality in this chapter address the issue of homosexua
Nastasia [14]

Answer:

Ethical theories have rules/principles that are used to determine right or wrong in any given situation. In this situation will be used Utilitarian, Kant and Natural law theories.

Utilitarians: use to consider the greatest good for all, so is the case to consider if a homosexual relation is beneficial to all involved. Also society judgment should depend on if it had good or bad social consequences.  For Kant’s ethics (which is basically based on reason not emotion) the actions are judged in terms of respects for others and should be based on honesty and good intentions. Finally, for Natural law ethics it would be analyzed from whether the practice is consistent with the human nature.

What is one major change that résumé distribution has undergone in recent decades? multiply choice
Lady bird [3.3K]
I would say that the all apply to the question. however in the last 10 years every single company demands a resume and application to be filled out and submitted ONLINE. The resume and application is then sorted based on if you provided the right answers during the application quiz and programs also search the thousands of resumes searching for specific keywords that are skills or experience that they are looking for. this automated software has to save your resume in the keep pile before they will even consider you as an applicant. <span />
