Answer:

C. When cardiorespiratory exercise is completed.

Explanation:

Stretching is always a good idea, and there is not necessarily a set time for you to do so. However, stretching is more effective once cardiorespiratory exercise has been completed. This is because during exercise, you have been moving your muscles, and these will be warm. Moreover, you are likely to be more flexible because you have increased circulation to these muscles.

I always stretch before I run a cross country meet because it loosens and warms up my muscles and helps prevent injury. But I also stretch after I meet because it helps reduce any soreness or pulled muscles. I think the answer to this would be A. I feel like its more effective before exercise.

maria [59]

Answer:

exponential growth

Explanation:

The organisms that are not native of a particular environment but are exposed to live in that particular environment are invasive species. Usually invasive species do not prove useful to the new area and prove harmful to the environment as well. There are some species of organisms that have been accidently introduced to new environment and have been accidently proven to be beneficial. Zebra mussels, being the native to Black Sea when arrived to North America flourished there.
