Answer

Click the third graph (check the picture attached)

Explanation

Remember that speed=\frac{distance}{time}, so the line in the first part of the graph means that the man is driving his car at certain speed (different form zero) from home to the store. The horizontal graph in the middle of the graph means that he man is sopping at the store; therefore his driving speed is 0. The third part of the graph means that the man is driving again from the store to home.

Check the picture bellow to visualize it more easily.

It'll be the third one because he stops to shop for a bit, then goes straight home.

The sum of two numbers is 19 . When the second number is subtracted from the first number, the difference is 17 . Find the two
zhenek [66]

Answer:

19 and 2

Step-by-step explanation:

Let x represent the first number and y represents second number

x + y = 19

x - y = 17 add two equations up

2x = 36 divide both sides by 2

x = 19 and since the difference is 17 the other number is 2

Staircase one looks like our normal staircase we have today which looks like it’s easier so staircase two is more difficult to walk up?

But also

staircase one will be harder because it’s just smaller? Shorter and less space for your feet to step on. Staircase two has 1 ft of space for your feet to land on and is a bit higher which seems like normal stairs? But if I go measure my staircase... I don’t think it’s 1 ft... so? Maybe it’s staircase one? I’m sorry if I’m confusing you!!

I don’t think that’s a right or wrong question? Maybe it’s just your opinion? I’m so sorry, I honestly have no clue

An amusement park charges a $12 parking fee plus 25 per person. What is the total cost for 32 people?
icang [17]

Answer:

The total amount for 32 people is 15.36

Step-by-step explanation:

we know that for 25 people is $12 so we need to find how much it would be for one person. you would need to divide $12 / 25. from this you would get 0.48, so for one person it's 48 cents. next you're going to subtract 25 from 32, this leaves you with seven people who aren't in a group of 25. you then multiply 7 × this equals to 3.36, add 3.36 to $12 and you'll get your total 15.36.
