Fe(NO3)2 not sure how to get the oxidation numbers of all elements

Here are some rules:
1. The oxidation state of a free element (uncombined element) is zero.2. For a simple (monatomic) ion, the oxidation state is equal to the net charge on the ion.3. Hydrogen has an oxidation state of +1 and oxygen has an oxidation state of −2 when they are present in most compounds.

The oxidation number of Fe in  Fe(NO3)2 is +3.

Initial Pressure = 24 lb in-2

Initial Temperature = –5 o C = 268 K (Converting to kelvin temperature)

Final Temperature =  35 o C = 308 K (Converting to kelvin temperature)

P2 = P1T1 / T2

P2 = 24 * 268 / 308 = 20.88 lb in-2

There would be a drop in pressure as the temperature increases. Appropriate measures should b taken by regularly gauging the pressure of the tire.

    Mg + 2HCl --> H2 + MgCl2

The number of moles of HCl that is needed for the reaction is calculated below.
    n = (0.4681 g Mg)(1 mol Mg/24.305 g Mg)(2 mol HCl/1 mol Mg)
    n = 0.0385 mols HCl

From the given concentration, we calculate for the required volume. 
    V = 0.0385 mols HCl/(0.650 mols/L)
     V = 0.05926 L or 59.26 mL
