Blood with low oxygen content can be found in the pulmonary arteries whereas blood in high oxygen levels can be found in the pulmonary veins.

The blood enter the heart from the left side through the pulmonary veins which consist of high oxygen content. After circulating throughout the body, the blood carried from the right side of heart to the lungs through pulmonary arteries with low oxygen content, due to the circulation.
