1.  g(-1) =  -3

f(-3) =  2(-3) - 1 =  -7

2. f o h(3) :-
h(3) =  3^2 + 1 = 10
f o h(3) =   2(10) - 1 = 19

3.   f(-5) =  -11
g(f(-5)) = g(-11) = -33

For number 3, We can do the same thing as we did for number 1. First of all, we start from f(- 5), which means we have to replace x with - 5. So f(- 5) = 2 * - 5 - 1 = - 10 - 1 = - 11. So now we are looking for g(- 11), and we also substitute x for - 11 here, so g(- 11) = 3 * -11 = - 33. So our answer is - 33.
About question 2, I don't know what that o is for.

Answer:

I'm most certain it is 8.89

Step-by-step explanation:

the formula:

((y2 - y1) / y1)*100 = your percentage change

(where y1=start value and y2=end value)

((49.000 - 45.000) / 45.000) * 100 = 8.89 %

BARSIC [14]

Answer:

Therefore,

There are Four i.e 4 terms in the expression,

-7+12x^{4}-5y^{8}+x

Step-by-step explanation:

Algebraic Expression:

An algebraic expression is a mathematical expression that consists of variables, numbers and operations.

  • Variables with the coefficient is called as Term.
  • Number is also a term.

Here the Expression is

-7+12x^{4}-5y^{8}+x

So,

-7 = One\ Term\\12x^{4}=Second\ Term\\-5y^{8}=Third\ Term\\x=Fourth\ Term

In all there are Four i.e 4 terms in the given expressions.

Therefore,

There are Four i.e 4 terms in the expression,

-7+12x^{4}-5y^{8}+x
