At 10 a.m., the staff at the College Cafeteria was cleaning up after breakfast and getting ready for lunch. Carly was cutting up

chicken breasts for a casserole dish, and Juan was making a cream pie for dessert. After cutting the chicken, Carly put the chicken in a pan with a cover and stored it on the top shelf in the refrigerator to avoid time/temperature abuse. Juan hurriedly put the cream pie in the refrigerator on the second shelf without a cover. What's wrong with this scenario?
