Isaac is facing distractions in achieving his ultimate goal or distractions is the goal setting challenge he is facing.

Obviously in case he wants to win the 5K race he has to be motivated and train regularly to build his stamina and endurance.

But he is not able to stay focus on his goal and is distracted by video games which take up all his time and then at the end he does not have much time to train.
