Answer: It's not a rhombus

It would be a rhombus if all four sides were the same length, but we don't have that. Side DE is longer than EF, because the opposite angles are larger. We have 75 > 72, so that's why DE > EF.

Justin bought some yarn from his Favorite craft store. He can make one score for 3/5 of a ball of yarn. If he purchases 15 balls
Svet_ta [14]

Justin can make 25 scraves with 15 balls of yarn

<h3><u>Solution:</u></h3>

Given that Justin can make one scarve for 3/5 of a ball of yarn

He purchases 15 balls of yarn

<em><u>To find: number of scarves Justin can make</u></em>

Number of scarves Justin can make with 15 balls of yarn can be found out by dividing 15 balls of yarn by 3/5 of a ball of yarn

\text {number of scarves }=\frac{\text { total yarn he has }}{\text { yarn needed for } 1 \text { scarve }}

\text {number of scarves }=\frac{15}{3 / 5}

\text {number of scarves }=\frac{15}{3} \times 5=25

Thus he can make 25 scraves

On a coordinate plane, a dashed straight line has a negative slope and goes through (0, 3) and (2, negative 1). Everything to th
Nimfa-mama [501]

Answer:

The answer to your question is    y < -2x + 3

Step-by-step explanation:

See the graph below

Process

1.- Find the slope

   m = \frac{y2 - y1}{x2 - x1}

Substitution

   m = \frac{-1 - 3}{2 - 0}

   m = \frac{-4}{2}

   m = -2

2.- Find the equation of the line

   y - y1 = m(x - x1)

Substitution

  y - 3 = -2(x - 0)

Simplify and solve for y

  y - 3 = -2x

  y = -2x + 3

3.- Write the inequality

As the left area of the plane is shaded the inequality must be

 y < -2x + 3

Find the x-intercept(s) and the coordinates of the vertex for the parabola
Drupady [299]
The answer
y=−x^2−2x-24 is like the form of y=ax² +bx +c,  to find the vertex we use the formula:
 the x intercept according to the vertex is x=-b/2a, and the vertex V is a point such that V [-b/2a, f(-b/2a)]
the x intercept is x= -(-2) / 2(-1) =-1, and f(-1)= -1 +2 -24= -23

the vertex is V(-1, -23)
