Explain the difference between the leading and lagging strands of dna
IceJOKER [234]
The usual way of reading and writing of the dna strand is from 5’ to 3’. When the dna strand is duplicated one strand is duplicated in the usual way and the other in inverse (because the strands are inverse directioned in the dna). The strand that is duplicated in the usual 5’ > 3’ is continuous and therefore leading. But the inverse cannot be duplicated in a continous line so its lagging and duplicated in fragments which are afterwards being connected with enzymes

What happens when the cycling of matter in ecosystems is disrupted
V125BC [204]

Answer:

When cycling of matter in the ecosystems is disrupted, the whole ecosystem will be adversely affected. Matter includes living organisms such as plants, animals and microorganisms while non living things such water, air and nutrients etc. If plants are removed from the ecosystem system, then the whole ecosystem is destroyed because plants are the producer which make food for herbivores. These herbivores are eaten by carnivores and so on.
