D. barrier methods bc withdrawal is risky, hormonal isnt too temporary and it doesnt neccessarily block sperm and yeah

Barrier methods. That's condoms and stuff. Withdrawal prevents sperm from getting in at all (theoretically) and the rest merely make ingress of sperm meaningless.

It pretty much means that the Major vein leading from the bottom of your body to the heart, is slightly dilated or wider. The aortic root is where the aorta meets up with the heart. Normally I'd say you're alright, though try to maintain a low salt diet to prevent hypertension.
