Caffeine is a natural stimulant that can improve cognitive ability, concentration and even acts as a pain killer.


It can be found in tea, coffee and even coca cola and is slightly addictive.


However, in larger amounts, Caffeine might start showing adverse effects. Larger amounts can increase body temperature and lead to involuntary muscle actions, twitching and cramping.

Further, larger amounts can even increase the heart beat.

Hence, it is recommended to stay within the daily caffeine intake limit.

You should start with light aerobic exercises that get your blood pumping up.

  • If you are in a sedentary lifestyle, start with seated exercises like squats, leg lifts, etc.
  • At first, specific activities does not matter you should just try to move your body by stretching, increasing flexibility.

  • Encourage yourself to be more active daily.
  • Drink plenty of water before, during and after exercising.
  • Aerobic exercises help to increase the heart rate and keeps your blood pumping up.
  • Track your steps using an activity tracker or pedometer.
  • Consult your doctor before starting an exercise program.
