That statement is False

Natural Remedies does not need to be tested by the FDA , so they are not thoroughly tested.

And as for effectiveness, most natural remedies only effective in treating mild illness such as sore throat, itch, slight fever, etc, they are not more effective than generic drugs

Mental health

2. Flexibility: exercises stretch your muscles and can help your body stay limber. Yoga and doing various stretches can make you more flexible.

3. Strength, or resistance training: exercises make your muscles stronger. Some examples are lifting weights and using a resistance band.
