Can someone tell me the best way to loose 30 lbs before summer comes. I need to loose belly fat. I weigh 135 lbs and I want weig
ioda
Well, for me, the best way, is to do daily workouts, start a fit, and healthy diet, and have a FEW cheat days once in a while. I hope i helped :). Also, if you don't want to start a diet, you can just do a daily workout. a good suggestion would be an APP, but i know there are some in-app purchases, but an app that DOESN'T have in-app purchases are a Nike Fitness Club app, and all you need to do is just make an account, and you're ready to go. It gives you good ways to help you do a specific stretch.
