Answer:

x = 0.0254\,m

Step-by-step explanation:

One inch is equal to 2.54 centimeters and one centimeter is hundreth of a meter. Then,

x = \left(\frac{1\,m}{100\,cm} \right)\cdot (2.54\,cm)

x = 0.0254\,m

Least common multiple of 2,7, and 13
san4es73 [151]

To work out the LCM, we need their prime factors. So:

2 is simple 2 x 1.

7 is also 7 x 1.

13 is also 13 and 1.

They all have in common "1" - so we keep that aside as 1 figure, rather than 3.

We still have the 2, 7 and 13 leftover.

We then multiply the 1 with the other figures.

So 1 x 2 x 7 x 13 is our answer.

Which is = 182.

Hope I helped:)

A parallelogram has vertices (-3,4) (4,4)(2,-1) (-5,-1) on the coordinate plan what’s the area
Anon25 [30]

Answer:

Area of this parallelogram: 35.

Step-by-step explanation:

What's the equation for the area A of a parallelogram?

A = b · h,

where

 • b is the length of the base, and
 • h is the length of the height on that base.

Plot the four vertices on a cartesian plane. Two opposite sides of this parallelogram are parallel to the x-axis. As a result, the length of the base is the same as the difference in x-coordinates between two vertices on that side. As seen on the diagram, the length of this base is b = 2 - (-5) = 7.

The height on either of those two sides will be normal to the x-axis and parallel to the y-axis. The length of those heights will be the same as the difference in y-coordinates between two vertices, one on each line. As seen on the diagram, the length of the height on base b is h = 4 - (-1) = 5.

Area of this parallelogram:

A = b · h = 5 × 7 = 35.
