According to Hobbes, people formed social contracts to "live in Commonwealths" as he believed people chose to do it to experience liberty from their natural state as it was their right.

Explanation:

Thomas Hobbes came with a great art of work called "Leviathan", inserting artificial man in Commonwealth or state and differentiating it with Christianity and man's faith in God.

According to Hobbes, people formed social contracts to "live in Commonwealths" as he believed people chose to do it to experience liberty from their natural state as it was their right.

However, the way they practiced liberty was exaggerated that made them so far away from their religious norms. Hobbes witnessed this after the war and revolution of England, how they neglected the Anglican Church government.

The society was compromised with the idea of "Social contract" as it provided safety and security by the government. Therefore, they were ready to accept the power and laws implemented by the king and the queen.

how did the slope gradient, presence or absence of vegetation, and rain intensity relate to the amount of water erosion that occ
Ber [7]

Explanation:

The steeper the slope the higher the water erosion because steeper slopes increase the flow rate of water runoff by gravity.

The fewer or lack of vegetation on the slope increased the rate of water erosion. This is because vegetation reduces the flow rate of water runoffs hence reducing the capacity with which they can carry more sediments.

The higher the rain intensity the higher the rate of water erosion. This is because higher intensity increases splash erosion – during the impact of water drop on the surface when the fall from the sky- and also increases water surface runoffs because the rate at which the water runs of the surface exceed the rate at which the water infiltrates into the ground.

Omi and Winant (2014) make the case that rather than understanding race as an inherent feature of human beings, it is essential
Romashka [77]

Answer:

The "race" as a social construction

The "race" is not a human biological category, but a social construction that is based on different historical, political, economic and experiential contexts. The term "race" should not be associated with an ethnic group, a population or ancestry. Different scientific research has shown that it is a myth that there are "white", "yellow" or "black" genes. All human beings that live on the planet have one hundred percent of the same genes, what changes are the types, sequential variations called alleles. Neither the blood type nor the skin color determines the origin or origin of someone. Humanity shares a history of nomadism and migration. Comparing populations does not mean that there are races, it means that there are thousands of humans that vary in their DNA sequences.

Racial identities

The analysis of racial identity starts from people's perception of themselves in racial terms. The social race exists and can have a biological impact. It is important to keep this in mind since we cannot go against the self-denomination of each person (being considered white, black or mestizo).

  • Understanding this concept help scholars better analyze the politics of race because it shows how necessary it is to eradicate the structure of racism based on systems of discrimination based on identity.
