They debate and argue about the bill and then vote after the vote the send it to the H.R committee and then to senate for them to do the same thing and then send it off to the president for it to get signed or vetoed

Now, the rules and regulations are not just made by a few numbers of members inside the senate but there is a whole pathway or procedure to follow by the professionals or we can say by the authorities.

  1. As the bill's are the changes or new improvements that are presented by the legislative authorities or the people who are officially been elected as the members of the senate. As, they present the bill approved by there colleagues and the political parties that they represent.
  2. While, each bill is not destined to become an approved statute from the start because it may be changed or improved and in severe case it can be stopped from going any further due to some anti-constitutional  clauses present inside the proposal.
  3. As the lower and upper house consists of the elected legislative officials who's work is to arrange the different points inside the constitution of the United States(US).As the bill is first presented in the two houses, where the debates occurs and different opinions are made over the possibility of either passing  or rejecting the proposal.
  4. And when the two houses passes the bill, it requires the chief executive or the President of the US to sign or approve the bill to become a law. Which is passed becomes a part of the constitution or also termed as the Statute.
