Pete is ahead of nick by 11 meters

Also, Oliver is ahead of Manny by 10 meters

And, Oliver is ahead of Pete by 5 meters

⇒ Manny is somewhere in between Pete and Nick

So, The runner which is ahead of all 4 is Oliver and the runner which is at last is Nick

So, To calculate the required distance :

Add the distance between Oliver and Pete and the distance between Pete and Nick

⇒ The required distance = 5 + 11

⇒ The required distance = 16 meters

Therefore, The runner in first place is 16 meters ahead of the runner in last place
