Bone strengthening activity deals with running, brisk walking, etc.
So I'm guessing jump rope will be the answer, because you jumping and that's kinda like running or swimming. I'm not sure but I know its one of those.
Because yoga deals with muscle and stretching is pretty much the same with yoga, because that's what yoga is.
